The committee is led by the Vice President of the Management Department. Senior executives from various departments serve as committee members for each sustainability dimension. The Deputy Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and promoting cross-departmental corporate sustainability initiatives. They integrate relevant departments to set promotion goals and KPIs across five key dimensions: Employee/Social/Community Care, Customer Care, Corporate Governance, Environmental Sustainability, and Responsible Sourcing. Each quarter, the various dimensions take turns presenting progress reports and reviewing implementation results. A dedicated management platform integrates all information to track the achievement of KPIs.
